i did a thing, yet there is still so much to do

I got a new light installed, oddly the hole in the wall to the left is for the kitchen light behind me. The current switch is behind the fridge. Yes, its weird and annoying. I’m going to move it to that hole along with a switch for a couple pendant lights that will be over the island to the right of me.

to do:

plastering over the door

fix drywall to the left

wrap the posts (only 2 of 4 are visible here) and the beam

take down that shelf on the left as requested by Dr Zoidburg

paint trim / walls

build kitchen island
